How to order?

On our website you can browse without logging in, but for ordering you need to be registered. At the start of the order we ask you to decide about the method of shipping, the shipping address, wether you need an invoice and the payment method. We will guide you through shopping without any obstacles, just add the products to cart and follow the steps!

Shipping and delivery

You can collect your items in our stores in Budapest or in Pécs, or you can request delivery to your doorstep – to your address provided. Please note, that products bigger than 30x45 cm and are fragile too, can’t be delivered safely. Therefore we pack them carefully for extra cost.

Packing and postage fee

Domestic delivery usually takes 1-2 working days, depending on the time of the order, for items in stock at one location.
The delivery fee is free above 50 000 HUF otherwise it is 1 590 HUF. The exception is oversized or fragile products.

Shipping deadline

We will confirm the expected shipping time depending on availability.
We are not able to influence the exact time of the delivery, as this is depending on the delivery service (GLS / DPD / MPL). If the delivery fails, it will be retried the day after again.

Shipping conditions

The ordered product will be delivered by GLS / DPD / MPL parcel service. Please provide your phone number, in case the courier needs to contact you. After 2-8 hors of shipping your package the tracking number will appear at the parcel service delivery system and you can follow the status of your order.

Fragile products

Please note, that products bigger than 30x45 cm and are fragile too, can’t be delivered safely. Therefore we pack them carefully for extra cost.

Payment method

You can choose between several payment methods:

Bank transfer
C.O.D. (inland only)
Cash in our stores
Bank card

Orders payed in advance are not meaning delivery obligations.

If you do not want to pay in advance, select the paying to the delivery service option. In this case you need to pay to GLS courier, or equalize on PPP place.

Your order will be valid with the confirmation of our colleague.
The confirmation e-mail is not the same as the automatic generated e-mail notification.
